What messages are sent

Businesses using the Ailura platform send transactional text messages to their customers: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, “on my way” notifications, payment links, and review requests after completed jobs. If you contact Ailura about our software and check the consent box, we may text you back about your inquiry.

Consent

You consent by providing your mobile number when booking a service, by texting a business's number first, or by checking the consent box on a form. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can always choose email or phone instead.

Frequency & rates

Message frequency varies with your appointments (typically 2–5 messages per service visit). Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you'll receive one final confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or contact the business directly. Opting out of texts doesn't affect your service — notifications switch to email or phone.
