Ailura is a product of ONSQ Enterprises (“we,” “us”). This policy covers ailura.net and the Ailura platform at book.ailura.net.
What we collect
- Information you give us — name, company, phone, email, and anything you write in a form when you request a callback or use the platform.
- Platform data — if you're an operator, the business records you create (customers, jobs, invoices); if you're an operator's customer, the booking details you submit.
- Technical basics — standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To respond when you ask us to contact you.
- To operate the platform: bookings, reminders, invoices, payments, and the other features operators turn on.
- To email or text you about your account or order.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't use customer hardship or assistance cases to target sales — that's a design rule of the platform, not just a policy.
Payments
Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; see Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Text messages
SMS is only sent with consent and per our SMS terms. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Data retention & your choices
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service or as the law requires. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact us and we'll handle it promptly.
